SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES SWITZERLAND

From an order value of 200 CHF we ship the goods free of charge.
For an order value up to 200 CH and delivery in Switzerland we charge the following shipping costs for the shipment by B-Post (3-5 working days after receipt of payment):

For small quantities up to 0.2 kilo the costs are:

DELIVERY TIMES FOR DELIVERIES IN SWITZERLAND

After receipt of order usually 3-5 working days.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may take up to 2 weeks. In this case you will be informed by us.

Partial deliveries of an order are permitted. In this case, however, we only charge the flat shipping rate once and deliver the partial delivery free of postage.
Public holidays in Switzerland as well as cantonal holidays, which vary within Switzerland, also affect the delivery time of your order and lead to a postponement of the delivery to the respective following day at the earliest.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, please contact us so that we can individually calculate the costs incurred. Delivery times for shipments outside Switzerland are usually 5-14 days. Any customs or VAT costs incurred on the delivery route will be borne by the customer. Public holidays in Switzerland as well as holidays in the respective countries, may delay the delivery.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD

In the online store, you can order at any time with your VISA or Mastercard credit card and all other payment methods such as Twint, Google Pay and Apple Pay. When placing your order, simply enter your valid card number, card verification number, expiration date and name in the fields provided. The card will be charged when the items are shipped. All payment methods are secure, easy, fast and free.


Refunds for non-payment are excluded.

CONTROL OF THE GOODS / COMPLAINTS

The recipient undertakes to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and condition. Any complaints regarding quality and completeness must be notified to Cosmedic-Lucerne by e-mail to info@cosmedic-luzern.ch immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. In the event of defects or complaints, we shall endeavor to find an uncomplicated and rapid solution.

Cosmedic-Lucerne is not liable for transport damage or damage resulting from improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF RETURN

Right of return for non-defective products: Returns due to non-conformity are excluded.

Right of return for defective products: Any complaints about the delivery in terms of quality and completeness must be communicated to Cosmedic-Lucerne by e-mail to info@cosmedic-luzern.ch immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. In the event of defects or complaints, we shall endeavor to find an uncomplicated and quick solution. Cosmedic-Lucerne is not liable for transport damages and damages resulting from improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

If a return shipment is approved by Cosmedic-Lucerne by explicit agreement via e-mail (info@cosmedic-luzern.ch), it must be made within 7 days in any case. The costs for the return shipment shall always be borne by the customer The cancellation clause shall only apply to consumers, i.e. any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. For entrepreneurs, merchants, companies and public institutions, the provisions of the German Commercial Code shall apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

RIGHT OF REVOCATION

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (cosmedic-luzern Hirschmattstrasse 48, CH-6003 Lucerne, info@cosmedic-luzern.ch phone 041 210 48 33 by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The goods must be returned immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

to return or hand over the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. A right of withdrawal does not exist if sealed goods are delivered, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
