Within Switzerland we charge a flat rate of postage up to 2 kg of 9.50 CHF for normal (3-5 working days after receipt of payment).

If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time can take up to 2 weeks. In this case you will be informed by us.

Partial deliveries of an order are permitted. In this case, however, we charge only once the shipping fee and deliver the partial delivery postage free.

Any customs or VAT costs incurred during the delivery process will be borne by the customer.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Refund for not liking the product is excluded.

CONTROL OF THE GOODS / COMPLAINTS

The recipient undertakes to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and condition. Any complaints regarding quality and completeness must be communicated to Cosmedic-Lucerne by e-mail to info@cosmedic-luzern.ch immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours after delivery, otherwise the delivery is considered accepted. In the event of defects or complaints, we shall endeavor to find an uncomplicated and rapid solution.

Cosmedic-Lucerne is not liable for transport damage or damage resulting from improper storage of the goods after acceptance by the customer or his assistants.

RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF RETURN

Right of return for non-defective products: Returns due to non-conformity are excluded.

Right of return for defective products: Any complaints about the delivery in terms of quality and completeness must be communicated to Cosmedic-Lucerne by e-mail to info@cosmedic-luzern.ch immediately, but no later than 24 hours after delivery, otherwise the delivery will be deemed accepted. If a return shipment is approved by Cosmedic-Lucerne by explicit agreement via e-mail (info@cosmedic-luzern.ch), it must be made within 7 days in any case. The costs for the return shipment are always borne by the customer.
